A Message from Tom Rudnai
August 2, 2010

Dear Valued Longo Toyota Guests,

As you may know, claims about unintended acceleration in Toyota vehicles have been the subject of intense media scrutiny over the past several months.

In its July 13, 2010 issue, the Wall Street Journal published an article titled, Crash Data Suggest Driver Error in Toyota Accidents, which reports that a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) study of Toyota vehicle data recorders supports Toyota's position that unintended acceleration complaints were not caused by glitches in Toyota's electronic throttle control systems.

An excerpt from the article states:  "The results suggest that some drivers who said their Toyota and Lexus vehicles surged out of control were mistakenly flooring the accelerator when they intended to jam on the brakes."   You can read the complete story here.

Thank you for your steadfast support of Longo and Toyota.  Your continued confidence has made Toyota the top-selling retail brand in the industry so far this year.

Sincerely,

Tom Rudnai
