7/1/2010 While bringing in my vehicle for service I was visited by a service guest relations Joanne Hamilton. She sat me down to talk to me and ask about the service, the work done on my car, and friendliness of staff. I explained to her that I have been coming here for years, because I believe to find this dealership honest. I do believe that the ones whom are here the longest though are the most honest. I have seen many service teams here and many of them are nice and honest, those whom are not up to par are taken off the team, which is why I find this dealership to be very good. Lies are not tolerated among the dealership's employees. If I had any problems in the past I have talked to guest relations and everything was taken care of well.

5/3/2010 I have had a long relationship with Longo Toyota. I bought my Prius there in 2003 and have had all my maintenance done at Longo. I have almost always had exceptional service.
Today though even this great service was exceeded! I had an appointment for service and met with the service rep I was assigned to. I had a small concern about that rep and brought it to the attention of Young Tea. WOW! From that moment on I got the best customer service ever! Young kept me informed about the status of my car and even personally inspected the car after it was detailed.

4/27/2010 Took my FJ in for a brake job on 4/14/10. My overall experience surpassed my expectations. I received the upmost courteous and professional service from Kirk Wallace and Joanne Hamilton (Guest Relations). I will definitely recommend and be a returning customer. She was a friendly face and went out of her way to help me. She was there when I arrived and facilitated getting my vehicle to me when it was time for me to leave. 4/13/2010 Longo understands what customers need and want, friendliness, honesty, efficiency, and the many extra special touches in their guest lounge. Fred was an excellent salesman and never worried about the commission. He even drove the car to my house on a Saturday morning because I had no way of getting there. I drove him back and bought the car immediately. He was always honest and cheerful, and even shared the commission with a fellow co-worker who wasn't event there that day, but had taken our phone call the night before. That kind of respect and consideration is difficult to find in the car business. Paul is a very pleasant service tech and I get the impression that he will be working with me on ensuring that my car is safe and well cared for for some time to come. Everyone at Longo appears happy to be working here and they treat their guests with respect. I got an excellent deal and the prices for service are totally reasonable. The accommodations while you are waiting for service are wonderful and well thought out, especially for a busy working mother. Thanks for being what you say you are... a place that takes care of its customers.

3/18/2010 I have been to the dealership twice for service on my Camry. I was very pleased each time. The sales writers were very professional and helpful and I especially remember a woman, Joanne Hamilton. she was professional, friendly, courteous and I was very pleased with her making every effort to make sure I was happy with my service. Overall, I would rate this dealership the top that I've been too and would highly recommend it.

2/17/2010 Longo Toyota has been my best auto service experience of any and all dealerships I've dealt with! My wife and I bought a new Sienna and came for service here. The employees couldn't be nicer, and the service quality was great! Our rep was Alex Perez. He was great and thorough. We had a long and pleasant talk with Joanne Hamilton in the lobby while enjoying the amenities provided there. Overall, just a great and positive experience at Longo. We will recommend them to all our friends and family. (I am writing this rating and checking my email in the internet-ready waiting room they have provided while they service our vehicle. They are very considerate of our time! :)

2/3/2010 From the initial phone call to the meet every step of my experience was amazing! I was looking for a specific car with a specific budget and the sales team at Longo made it possible. They worked with me, were attentive to my needs and I did not feel pushed into a sale, instead I was thoroughly explained my options, benefits and it was a great experience. 1/30/2010 Brought in my 04 Tacoma 4x2 for an oil service, tire rotation and chips on my windshield to be filled in. I informed Rob McGuire that my budget is a little tight due to the fact that I lost my job a few months back. Rob made sure that I had the services that I needed and issued me a discount.
Just so happened that another 300+ Toyota owners decided to service their cars on the same day. The employees that work for Longo Toyota are all professional and courteous. I can't say enough about the Grey Team especially Rob McGuire, he is truly a gentlemen and a scholar and those are very rare to find.
