Randy James

Randy James is not a Hollywood rock star by profession, but you might think he is one based on the recognition and reaction he receives outside Longo Toyota.
After 26 years with the company and a downright neighborly approach to guest servicing, it isn't unusual for Randy to run into Longo guests at a local grocery store, at the fair or around town who stop him and say, "Hey Randy, how are you? How are things at Longo, can you fit me in next week?"
"A normal day for me is about taking care of our guests and making them happy - not just satisfied, but happy," says Randy. It's this outlook that results in a cult-like following among guests who drive to Longo from Las Vegas or San Diego so Randy can take care of their vehicle needs.
Away from his job, Randy loves to spend as much time with his wife, stepdaughter and three grandchildren.
